Potassium silicate permeable water-stopping waterproofing material "Silicatec"

Gradually, the leaking rain can be easily stopped! A waterproofing material that makes the concrete itself into a thick waterproof layer.

"Silicatec" is a potassium silicate permeable waterproofing material that possesses overwhelming "water stopping power" and "waterproofing ability" compared to traditional sodium silicate-based permeable waterproofing materials. It allows for significant cost reductions compared to any other membrane waterproofing method. Even after the maximum 15-year waterproofing warranty period expires following installation, re-waterproofing is easy, greatly reducing the maintenance costs of concrete structures. [Benefits] ■ Significant cost reduction ■ Significant shortening of construction period ■ Reduction of environmental impact ■ Protection of rebar from rust ■ Control of concrete cracking *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Reinforced concrete modifier, water stop, and waterproofing material "Tomenite"

A new concept that makes concrete itself a thick waterproof layer! It excels in permeability and demonstrates high effectiveness.

"Tomenaito" is a modified waterproofing and water-stopping material for reinforced concrete that achieves water resistance and waterproofing simply by being applied to concrete floors and walls. It can be used in various locations such as apartments, buildings, and multi-story parking lots. After drying, the potassium silicate that remains on the surface and inside the concrete reacts with rainwater, effectively addressing newly formed cracks. Additionally, by reacting with calcium hydroxide in the concrete to produce calcium silicate, it suppresses the formation of calcium carbonate, preventing water intrusion and the oxidation (rusting) of rebar, thereby extending the lifespan of the concrete. 【Features】 ■ Self-water-stopping reactivity ■ High permeability ■ Suppression of neutralization ■ Densification ■ Shortened construction period and significant cost reduction *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
